The Reds are exploring more signings.
According to Florian Plettenberg, Liverpool are looking to add two or three more players this summer and are currently pursuing deals for Paris Saint-Germain’s Bradley Barcola and Brighton’s Yankuba Minteh.
The Reds are still lacking some firepower in wide areas of the attack, and with the exit of Mohamed Salah, they want to bring in a quality player to fill in Egyptian shoes.

3. Ibrahim Mbaye
Ibrahim Mbaye is now regarded as an increasingly intriguing prospect for the Reds as a manager. Andoni Iraola wants to add another explosive attacking option to his squad. The teenager’s exclusion from PSG’s squad has stoked suspicion that his time in Paris is coming to an end.
Liverpool have been keeping an eye on the 18-year-old Senegalese international as they consider options for another wide attacker. Meanwhile, Mbaye is recognised as a promising young talent with great potential. He entered the PSG academy at the age of ten and worked his way through the club’s development system before making his first-team debut at the age of sixteen.
2. Yankuba Minteh
Earlier in the summer, the Premier League side was pursuing Yankuba Minteh, but their efforts were faltering. Two offers of £50 million and £60 million for the Gambian winger have been rejected by Brighton.
Although it was thought that the larger bid would be sufficient to complete the deal, it has been stated that Brighton will not take less than £70 million for Minteh. There have been rumours lately that Liverpool are considering making an improved third bid.
1. Bradley Barcola
Barcola is their absolute top priority, and personal arrangements with the French international have been agreed upon. Liverpool and PSG are in regular discussion over the transfer cost and contract structure, with the expectation that the Ligue 1 champions would decrease their asking price to roughly £120 million in the last days.
Talks with Liverpool are still ongoing, and the Reds have previously had an offer for Barcola rejected by the Parisian giants. Discussions are still underway, and another proposal for the French international is likely.
