Tottenham vs Hoffenheim: Full lineups confirmed for pre-season friendly

The previous outing between these clubs ended in favour of the Lilywhites!

Led by Roberto De Zerbi, Tottenham Hotspur are once again going head-to-head against the Bundesliga side, Hoffenheim. This time around, these teams will collide at the Tottenham Hotspur Training Centre.

Just yesterday the Spurs came out on top and secured an easy 3-0 win against the same opponents. They go again now. We will see many changes in the squad today for both sides. Stars like Sandro Tonali, Mathys Tel, Richarlison and others are not going to play any part in this game. James Maddison, Rodrigo Bentancur and Pape Matar Sarr will be the top names for Tottenham Hotspur. They might not perform in the UEFA Champions League 2026-27, but their squad looks strong enough to win at least one domestic title in the upcoming season.

Same for TSG Hoffenheim, many of their top players will not be included in the squad. This will be done to avoid the work load and as the new season is around the corner, they cannot afford any injuries. Die Kraichgauer’s men were completely outplayed by the Lilywhites in their pre-season friendly yesterday. The Bundesliga side will go against Tottenham once again and they will not be looking to make the same mistakes as yesterday.
