Massimiliano Allegri confirms that Cristiano Ronaldo will start against Young Boys

The Old Lady have already registered their place in the knockout rounds.
With his side playing away to Young Boys in the Stade de Suisse, Juventus gaffer Massimiliano Allegri has stated that Cristiano Ronaldo will start against the Swiss side on 13th December 2018, in a crucial Champions League encounter to decide the top spot in Group H, with Manchester United vying for it alongside the Serie A side.
The Old Lady have already registered their place in the knockout rounds, alongwith Manchester United. But Juventus are two points ahead of United, who play Valencia, so the table topper hasn't yet been decided.
In the pre-match press conference, Allegri said, "Cristiano plays because the first place is very important. If it had not been necessary, he would have rested. Winning the group would allow us to avoid Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Manchester City and maybe Paris Saint-Germain (in the last 16). If the game wasn't decisive, Cristiano would rest as would many others."

If you do not play games with the right motivation and respecting the opponent, you risk leaving with broken bones."
He also expressed concern over the synthetic pitch in Switzerland. He said, "Playing on a synthetic pitch will be more complicated because the game moves faster, but on a big evening in the Champions League I would even play on sand!"
