Who is El Bilal Touré? Atalanta's Malian attacker set to join Parma
Touré is on the verge of joining Parma on loan.
Transfer analyst Fabrizio Romano claimed on Wednesday that Parma have verbally agreed a deal to sign El Bilal Touré on loan from Atalanta.
According to Romano, Touré’s personal agreement with Parma is the last stage. If the requirements are fulfilled, the buy clause in the proposed agreement would take effect in 2027, opening the door for a permanent transfer.
Despite prior loan stints away from the team, the 24-year-old attacker is still under contract with Atalanta until 2018.

Who is El Bilal Touré?
El Bilal Touré is a 24-year-old professional football player who can play on the wings or as a forward. He was born in Adjamé, Ivory Coast, and plays international football for the Mali national team.
In July 2023, Touré signed for Atalanta from UD Almería for an estimated €30.2 million plus add-ons, setting a new record. However, his early growth in Italy was hampered by a string of serious foot and leg injuries.
However, he was sent on loan to VfB Stuttgart in the Bundesliga in the 2024-25 season. Due to continual fitness recoveries, he mostly played as an impact substitute, although in the UEFA Champions League, he famously scored a vital last-minute winning goal away at Juventus.
Once again, Touré was sent on loan to Beşiktaş J.K. in Turkey during the 2025/26 season. He had a very successful time in the Süper Lig, adjusting well to a left-wing position and scoring five goals and dishing out four assists in 22 games.
He will continue his loan stint but this time at Parma, who have reached an agreement with Atalanta.

During his participation in the Africa Cup of Nations, he notably assisted Mali in making it to the knockout stages.
