Livramento has just recently recovered from a summer thigh injury that denied him his place in the World Cup. The ex-Chelsea youth returned against AFC Bournemouth and increased his minutes against Millwall and Leeds.
With Amar Dedic out due to an injury, Livramento is expected to start at right-back at St James’ Park this afternoon, but his latest injury kept him sidelined for the game.
However, the England international developed a fresh ailment in training at the end of last week, forcing Lewis Miley to step in at right-back.

He had spent the summer rehabilitating from a calf injury and following minor surgery that forced him to miss England’s World Cup campaign in June.
Now it remains to be seen how long he will be out with the latest injury setback.
