The Brazil national football team have now travelled to India for their next international friendly encounter. They will go up against the Indian football team in what can become an exciting contest.
The Carlo Ancelotti-led side are coming after securing a 4-2 victory against Australia. They were part of two friendlies against the Socceroos and managed to bag a win in one of them. The five-time world champions were held to a 1-1 draw in their first one and then came up with a slightly better performance in the second one.
Despite the likes of Gabriel Magalhaes, Jair Cunha and Marquinhos in the backline, Brazil’s defence is facing some serious issues. They haven’t secured a clean sheet in any of their last four games and will hope to get it this time around.
Led by Khalid Jamil, the India national football team put in a strong performance in their recent friendly outing against Panama. They opened the scoring but conceded a goal later in the second half and settled for a 1-1 draw. Against Brazil, it is going to be a tough encounter for the Blue Tigers.

Will Raphinha play against India?
No, the FC Barcelona star will not feature tonight. Raphinha was replaced by Endrick at the end of the first half due to physical discomfort during the recent international friendly against Australia. The 29-year-old is not going to be a part of the India vs Brazil international friendly 2026 clash, as he left Brazil’s camp.
After heading back to Barcelona, it is now confirmed that Raphinha’s injury is not serious and he’s ready to play against Getafe next week.
This means Endrick is most likely to start as a striker for the Brazil national football team. He might be backed by Vinicius Junior and Rayan in the final third.
