Jeddah gears up to host defending champions!

The King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, gears up to host the Matchweek 3 fixtures of the ACL Elite 2025-26, where Al Ahli Saudi lock horns against Al Gharafa.

The reigning Asian champions began their title defence with a win against Nasaf before settling for a draw against Al Duhail. A win in the next game could propel them to the summit. They are being led by German gaffer Matthias Jaissle, who has previously managed RB Salzburg in the Austrian top flight.

The Qatari side need a win to consolidate their position in the top eight. Despite kick-starting their season with a defeat against Sharjah, Al Gharafa did an excellent job of winning their next game against Al Shorta. They will be keen to extend their winning streak to two with a win over Al Ahli Saudi.

  • Stadium: King Abdullah Sports City Stadium
  • Date: Monday, October 20
