The Gunners secured their second pre-season win.

Viktor Gyokeres watched as Arsenal defeated Newcastle 3-2 to wrap up their journey to Singapore.

After arriving at the Singapore National Stadium on Saturday, the Gunners’ £63.5 million new striker was introduced and paraded on the field just hours before kickoff on Sunday.

Anthony Elanga, a new Newcastle signing, scored in two minutes into the game, but Mikel Merino and an own goal by Alex Murphy gave Arsenal the lead in going into half-time.

After a fantastic dribble by 15-year-old Max Dowman, who was brought down in the box, Arsenal received a penalty. Martin Odegaard sealed the victory from the penalty spot after Jacob Murphy tied the score for Eddie Howe’s team.
