Bayern Munich & Inter Milan set to battle for Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes

Fernandes could be leaving Manchester United after the end of the season

Bruno Fernandes, the captain of Manchester United, is reportedly attracting interest from Bayern Munich and Inter Milan.

Although Fernandes has a deal with Old Trafford until 2026, he is rumoured to be inclined to leave, especially if United misses out on Europe.

After four and a half years at the club, teammates worry that he might leave, according to the Manchester Evening News. The 29-year-old Fernandes is enjoying a respectable season, having set up 11 goals and scoring 15, but Roy Keane has also challenged his leadership.

Inter is also keen on luring him, but Bayern believe they can capitalise on his growing dissatisfaction at United, according to The Independent.

It is said that only three players—Alejandro Garnacho, Rasmus Hojlund, and Kobbie Mainoo—will not be cut this summer. Every player has a price, and if someone offered the proper amount, Sir Jim Ratcliffe might be persuaded to part with Fernandes.

Despite his setbacks, he is still one of the finest players in the Premier League when he plays well, and he is one of three players after David Beckham and David de Gea to win United’s Player of the Season award twice.

The captain has been praised by the supporters for his recent actions, especially when he filled in at defence in the 4-3 FA Cup victory over Liverpool.

To comply with the Premier League’s profit and sustainability rules and contribute to Ratcliffe’s rebuilding, United might, nevertheless, wish to sell.

Because of his creative skills and Kane’s ability to convert the opportunities he creates, the idea of him working well with Harry Kane at Bayern is enticing to their supporters. According to The Independent, their goal is to develop their team and increase their possibilities for offence.
