The Portuguese star has scored five league goals this term!
On October 22, FC Goa will play Saudi club Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr in Group D of the AFC Champions League Two 2025–26 at the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Fatorda, Goa.
But Jorge Jesus has chosen to call up every foreign player to take part against FC Goa except the renowned pair of Marcelo Brozović and Cristiano Ronaldo, according to a new insider news.
Jesus might have decided to leave Cristiano Ronaldo out of Al-Nassr’s roster for Wednesday’s AFC Champions League 2 encounter against Goa, with the upcoming match against Al Ittihad in mind.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Brozović ‘ruled out’ of Al-Nassr’s upcoming ACL2 match

According to reports, Al-Nassr had requested his visa; however, Ronaldo’s contract contains a clause that allows him to select the games he wants to play outside of Saudi Arabia.
The Al-Nassr team will depart reach Goa on Monday night, travelling along with several foreign players, according to a source close to the club.
After two matches, Al-Nassr leads Group D of the AFC Champions League with six points, three points clear of Al-Zawraa and Tajikistan’s Istiklol Dushanbe. FC Goa, meanwhile, are at the bottom of the league with no points after losing to Al Zawraa at home and then to Istiklol.
A hat-trick from Joao Felix led Jorge Jesus’ team to a 5-1 victory over Al-Fateh on Sunday. Al-Nassr, who have been almost flawless this season in all competitions, maintained their undefeated start to the Saudi Pro League season.
Meanwhile, Indian fans are very upset with the decision of Ronaldo, who has decided not to travel with the club to play in India, given that it would have been his first-ever visit to the country.
