Eintracht Frankfurt's top 10 biggest sales of all time; Omar Marmoush, Kolo Muani & more

The Germany-based club Eintracht Frankfurt are well known for signing fresh young talents for a small amount of money. They usually later get sold for a hefty price in the transfer market. Either they recruit the young talent or even loan them after looking at their current form.
Liverpool are currently in talks with Eintracht Frankfurt to sign one of their top stars, Hugo Ekitike. It will be interesting to see how much the Bundesliga side will earn with this particular transfer.
Die Alder finished third in the German league table during their 2024-25 campaign, which comes after their top show in their domestic league. Their third-place finish also helped them earn the UEFA Champions League spot for the upcoming season.
In the modern era of football, they have earned quite a good amount of revenue, with the approximate numbers coming close to €330 million from player sales.

10. Djibril Sow to Sevilla – €10 million
Signed for Eintracht Frankfurt in 2019, Djibril Sow was a part of the German-based team for around four years. The defensive midfielder from Switzerland played 120 games for Die Alder and scored seven goals. In 2023, he was sold to LaLiga club Sevilla for €10 million.
9. Filip Kostic to Juventus – €14.7 million
The Serbian international is primarily a midfielder but can be seen playing different positions on the pitch. Filip Kostic joined Eintracht Frankfurt in 2018 and went on to play 129 fixtures for them. He scored 18 goals for the German club during his stint and then signed a deal with Italian giants Juventus in 2022 for €14.7 million.
8. Andre Silva to RB Leipzig – €23 million

Andre Silva became a part of Die Alder when he was loaned to the German club during the 2019/20 season. In 2020, he sealed a deal with Eintracht Frankfurt and went on to compete for them in 32 fixtures, where he scored 28 goals. RB Leipzig jumped in and sealed a €23 million deal for the Portuguese forward in 2021.
7. Jesper Lindstrom to Napoli – €30 million
Jesper Lindstrom joined Eintracht Frankfurt in 2021 and made a total of 57 appearances for them before Napoli sealed the deal for the Danish winger in 2023. For Die Alder, he scored 12 goals and then went on to become a part of the Serie A team, where Frankfurt received €30 million.
6. Willian Pacho to PSG – €40 million
The centre-back from Ecuador signed for the German side Eintracht Frankfurt in 2023. Willian Pacho, with his top performances, caught the eye of many teams in recent times. But Paris Saint-Germain stepped up.
In 2024, they went on to seal a deal for the Ecuadorian defender. PSG paid €40 million for Pacho.
5. Sebastein Haller to West Ham United – €50 million
Hailing from the Ivory Coast, Sebastein Haller signed up for Eintracht Frankfurt. He was a part of the German club where he played 60 matches and scored 24 goals. Looking at his decent performances, West Ham United from the English Premier League sealed a deal with Die Alder where the Hammers paid €50 million.
4. Luka Jovic to Eintracht Frankfurt – €63 million
He first moved to Eintracht Frankfurt on a loan deal, where in 49 matches he scored 25 goals for the club and was considered a top forward. In 2019, he sealed a deal for Die Alder but only played five matches. Real Madrid stepped up to sign him.
In the same year, Los Blancos secured a deal for €63 million to bring in the Serbian forward.
3. Omar Marmoush to Manchester City – €75 million

Oman Marmoush comes under the recent sales for Die Alder. The Egyptian forward went on to join Manchester City during the 2024-25 season after his impressive performances for Frankfurt. The English Premier League side sealed a deal for Marmoush after paying €75 million.
2. Hugo Ekitike to Liverpool – €90 million

Hugo Ekitike has impressed the footballing world after his recent form playing for Eintracht Frankfurt. He helped his side by scoring goals this season. Ekitike is reportedly set to join the Premier League winners Liverpool for a deal worth over €90 million.
If this signing goes through, then the Reds will have a top striker. It will be Frankfurt’s second biggest player sales of all time.
1. Randal Kolo Muani to PSG – €95 million

The Frenchman joined Eintracht Frankfurt on a free transfer in 2022. Randal Kolo Muani was then signed by Paris Saint-Germain, where the Ligue 1 giants paid a sum of €95 million. He was recently a part of Juventus, but on a loan deal.
Kolo Muani’s contract is still intact with PSG.
