The match belonged entirely to Raphinha [9', 21', 51']. The Brazilian superstar opened the scoring with a cheeky Panenka penalty after João Cancelo was fouled in the box. Just minutes later, Cancelo forced a handball, and Raphinha stepped up again, precisely placing his second penalty into the bottom corner.

Before halftime, Dani Olmo [38'] extended the lead with a powerful right-footed strike from outside the box. Sevilla managed to pull one back in stoppage time through Oso [45+'], but Barcelona's dominance resumed immediately in the second half.

Raphinha completed his sensational hat-trick just after the restart, finishing off a pass from Fermín López. João Cancelo [60'], who was phenomenal all night, capped off his brilliant performance by driving into the box and smashing home Barca's fifth goal.

Aside from the goals, the biggest cheer of the night came in the 81st minute when Gavi made his highly anticipated return to the pitch after 204 days out with an injury, taking the captain's armband to close out the game. Sevilla's Djibril Sow [90+2'] headed in a late consolation goal, but the night belonged to the Catalans as they moved four points clear of Real Madrid at the top of the table.
