The England international hopes to continue for many years at Bayern.

Harry Kane claims that his desire to return to the Premier League has waned and that he is open to discussing a new contract with Bayern Munich.

Kane, who joined Bayern Munich from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer of 2023, is halfway through his four-year contract.

The 32-year-old helped the German team win the 2024–25 Bundesliga title, his first career trophy. He has so far scored 103 goals in 106 games across all competitions for them.

Kane needs 48 goals to surpass Alan Shearer’s historic Premier League scoring record of 260, and Tottenham manager Thomas Frank has stated that he would like to see Kane return to Spurs.

The England captain, however, admits he would think about staying longer in Bavaria because he is no longer as eager to go home as he originally was.

“In terms of staying longer, I could definitely see that,” Harry Kane said.

“I spoke openly a couple of weeks ago that I have not had those conversations with Bayern yet, but if they were to arise I would be willing to talk and have an honest conversation.

“Obviously it depends on how the next year or so goes and what we achieve together. Right now, I would say we are in a fantastic moment and I am not thinking about anything else.

“In terms of the Premier League, I don’t know. If you had asked me when I first left to go to Bayern, I would have said for sure I would come back.

“Now I have been there a couple of years I would probably say that has gone down a little bit, but I wouldn’t say I would never go back.

“What I have learned in my career is that different opportunities and different timings happen and things fall in place. Going back to my first point with Bayern right now I am fully all in with Bayern.”

He is the all-time leading scorer for both Tottenham and England. Ever since joining Bayern, Kane has been in electric form. Recently, he became the fastest player to score 100 goals in just 104 appearances. Moreover, he also ended his trophy curse after winning the league title and German Super Cup.

After ending his trophy drought, Kane admits he wasn’t sure how he would feel, but he now feels that it has fueled his desire for more.

How many goals has he scored for the Bundesliga team?
