In a video shared on social media by FIFA, Infantino awarded IShowSpeed with the first official Fan ID for the World Cup at the football governing body’s headquarters. The streamer was all smiles in the 63-second video, which also announced the launch of his “World Cup 26 Tour”.
“I thanked Speed for playing a leading role in showcasing the unifying power of football and music through the high-energy ‘Champions’ song,” Infantino said in the video.
IShowSpeed’s World Cup tour will feature IRL (in real life) streams covering various matches of the tournament, which is being co-hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico. He has already scheduled a stream for the opening match in the United States.
