IShowSpeed reveals plans on buying MLS club alongside MrBeast

IShowSpeed is the biggest fan of Cristiano Ronaldo!

Alongside MrBeast, streaming sensation IShowSpeed wishes to purchase a share in an MLS team. However, MrBeast said they both should buy it sooner rather than later.

A significant portion of IShowSpeed’s videos on YouTube or Twitch since its inception has focused on football, or soccer. During his in-person broadcasts, he always wears a customised shirt, links up with professional players on stream, and used to play FIFA/EA SPORTS FC quite a bit.

Speed regularly plays in charity matches – including captaining YouTube All-Stars in the Sidemen Charity Match – and even tried his hand in the Baller League.

Speed, who is well-known for being a Cristiano Ronaldo enthusiast. However, he was unable to witness Lionel Messi in action because the legendary player from Inter Miami and his teammate Jordi Alba did not attend the All-Star game.

Speed told Front Office Sports that his love of soccer might lead him to look into investing in or owning a club, when asked who he would like to embark on that journey.

Speed shows interest in buying MLS club

“MrBeast! Me and MrBeast can invest in one of these MLS teams in 50 years from now. No, not even 50 years from now, 20 years from now! We would be pretty set.” – Speed

To which Mr.Beast replied: “50 years? why not now?”

Many well-known people are already part of ownership groups; David Beckham, a legend of Manchester United, is co-owner of Inter Miami. Will Ferrell, JJ Watt, Ryan Reynolds, and Tom Brady are all associated with English football, and there have been rumours that Ronaldo will purchase a team when he retires.

Now it could be Speed, who has expressed interest in buying a football, and he is also very well-known in the football industry, as many top football stars and former players know him.

MLS clubs are extremely valuable, even though their prices may not be as high as those of clubs in Europe. According to Forbes, Los Angeles FC is the most valuable, valued at over $1.25 billion.
