Francisco Conceicao (Juventus)

A compact build, standing at a lower centre of gravity coupled with quick, small strides allows Francisco to make frequent and consistent contact with the ball while carrying. His body composition also gives the Portuguese good control over his gears. He has little to no problem with decelerations on the carries.

He utilizes this to square up defenders and keep them on their toes, before hitting them off guard with a good sudden burst. In 10 Serie A games, he scored once and provided three assists. In UCL he played four fixtures and scored once. Even though his numbers don’t show his value on the pitch but still the Portuguese is capable of making a difference on the pitch.

Gianluca Busio (Venezia)

The American is a creative type of player who likes to open up defences with his passing ability, whether it’s a through ball to the runner making the runs in behind the defence or a long ball from deep. While he has excelled in the middle of the pitch contributing to the offensive side of the ball, he has done his part also helping in the defensive side as well.

Busio has great awareness of being in the right position at the right time. While his size might not be his true strength, he has a pretty good ability to tackle and intercept passes with his awareness and positioning.
