Liverpool CEO Michael Edwards identifies three possible replacements for Mohamed Salah
Saudi clubs are keen on signing Mohamed Salah in the summer window
Mohamed Salah may be allowed to leave Liverpool, and the team’s new CEO, Michael Edwards, is said to have three alternatives in mind.
After signing Salah in 2017, he has been one of the best signings the club has ever made, leading the Reds to the Premier League, the Champions League, the FA Cup, two League Cups, and the Club World Cup. He scored a late penalty kick in the Reds’ 2-2 away tie with Manchester United to bring his season total in the Premier League to 17 goals.
If Salah makes it apparent that he wants to leave Anfield, HITC claims that Edwards would be willing to approve a transfer. Additionally, they state that the Saudi Pro League is certain they can reach an agreement to bring the former Chelsea player to the Kingdom.
So we take a look at three players who can replace Salah at Liverpool.

3. Nico Williams
This summer, Nico Williams will be one of the biggest names to watch on the transfer market as it looks more and more likely that he will leave Athletic Club. The 21-year-old has been frequently linked to the Premier League, and it appears that his chances of joining them have increased.
Given that he plans to leave Athletic in the summer and that his entourage has notified interested clubs of this in recent days, Liverpool have reportedly expressed interest in him.
2. Pedro Neto
Despite the most recent red flag on acquiring the Portuguese after his frequent injuries, Liverpool are reportedly still interested in Wolves winger Pedro Neto.Although the search for Jurgen Klopp’s replacement is still ongoing and Liverpool have named their next sports director, recruiting efforts are well underway. In order to manage the club’s transfer procedure, head of recruiting David Fallows and top scout Barry Hunter are moving forward ahead of the anticipated arrivals of Michael Edwards and Richard Hughes.Neto, a winger for Wolves, appears to be one of the players targeted for the summer transfer window.
1. Florian Wirtz
Florian Wirtz, a playmaker for Bayer 04 Leverkusen, is a target for Liverpool. It has been suggested that at the end of this season, the Reds will have to compete with Manchester City for the German young player.
With his Bundesliga accomplishments, Wirtz has managed to draw attention to himself and is enjoying an incredible season with the German club. It won’t be simple for Liverpool to sign him for a low price in the summer because his current deal with the German team expires in the summer of 2027.
