Former Manchester United player, Luis Nani, has had his contract with Adana Demirspor in Turkey cancelled effective immediately.

As a result, the 37-year-old winger is currently looking for his tenth club of his career as a free agent. In July of last year, Nani moved from the Australian team Melbourne Victory to Demispor.

In 34 games, including 28 in the league, he participated in all competitions and finished with four goals and three assists.

“I would like to thank the fans for all their support. I will now consider the next steps to take in my playing career.”

Sporting Lisbon were where Nani’s senior career got its start in Portugal. After that, in 2007 he moved to Manchester United, where he went on to win two League Cups, four Premier League championships, and the Champions League.

Luis Nani returned to Sporting Lisbon in 2018, however, by February, he had gone to play for Orlando City in Major League Soccer.Up until January 2022, when he joined Venezia in Italy, Nani lived in the United States.

His time there was brief because he left to play for Melbourne Victory in Australia, where he spent just one season before joining Adana Demispor.

During his remarkable career, Nani also won a European Championship with Portugal in 2016.Twelve of the 17 titles he has won throughout his career have come with Manchester United.
