Benjamin Sesko is their new number 30.

After a disastrous campaign, the Red Devils are trying to make some changes to their squad. They will continue with Ruben Amorim as their manager, but have already started adding new players to their lineup.

Manchester United’s 2024-25 campaign was one of their worst performances in the history of the English Premier League. United finished 15th on the points table. They somehow managed to save themselves from relegation after winning 11 of their 38 league games.

Their performance in the other domestic tournaments was also underwhelming. They faced a defeat at the hands of Tottenham Hotspur in the 2024-25 Carabao Cup, which ended their run in the cup competition.

Talking about the FA Cup, Manchester United were eliminated by Fulham during the fifth round. It was another close game for them, but the Red Devils lost on penalties. As a result, they were unable to defend their cup title.

Their run in the UEFA Europa League looked very good. The Ruben Amorim-led side reached the finals and were unbeaten. But Tottenham yet again defeated them in a high-stakes fixture, this time to win a major trophy after 17 years.

Manchester United are now looking to strengthen their squad. They have already signed a couple of players, Benjamin Sesko being the latest signing, and are still in the transfer market to bag some important signings for the upcoming season.

Despite still being under contract with United, Jadon Sancho have not been assigned any jersey numbers as of now. Moreover before Marcus Rashford left for Barcelona, he too was unassigned.
