The FIFA World Cup is in its final stages of preparation, with the footballing world gearing up for the biggest tournament to date. Co-hosted by the USA, Mexico and Canada, it will be the first edition to be hosted by multiple nations since 2002.

Argentina will be heading into the tournament as the defending champions. While the side will be aiming to defend the title, the increased competition will be a major hurdle for the team.

Morocco national team will be one of the contenders for the World Cup. After securing a historic fourth-place finish in the 2022 FIFA World Cup, they became an African side with the best-ever finish.

However, the nation will be entering the competition after a surprising decision to replace Walid Regragui with successful U20 manager Mohamed Ouahbi. This step was taken after the side’s poor AFCON outing. Led by key players El Khayouf, Bouaddi Ayyoub and Saadane Marouane, the team will have high expectations upon them.
