The Oranje will take on Blagult in Group F of FIFA World Cup.

The Netherlands were expected to control their group, but a frustrating draw against Japan leaves them needing to respond immediately. They have quality players in their squad, and there are a lot of expectations from the Dutch this time. Overall, they will be under immense pressure going into this match. If they drop points in this fixture as well, then it will be very difficult for them to make it into the knockout stage.

Sweden sits top of Group F in the FIFA World Cup after a stunning 5-1 opening win over Tunisia. They head into this game with momentum, confidence and the psychological comfort of already having three points banked. Facing the Dutch is never an easy task, but if they are able to execute their plan well, they can very well grab all three points from this fixture.

The last time these two sides faced each other was in 2017, when the Dutch won by 2-0. This time, things will be much more complicated for both sides. This will be an exciting and mouthwatering clash for sure.

His form and performance will matter a lot to the Dutch team, as he is the heart of the midfield. De Jong has suffered some injury issues this season, but he is fully fit right now and hungry to help his team in the World Cup. Had a decent season with FC Barcelona and is now looking forward to winning this edition’s competition.

He played 35 matches for the club in which he scored one goal and provided five assists. In Qualifiers, he played seven games and did well. Koeman has full trust on de Jong to lead his team.

Alexander Isak (Sweden)

Isak suffered due to injury throughout this season and didn’t play many minutes, but still, Potter chose him in the squad, and he didn’t disappoint at all. In the first group match only he scored two brilliant goals and helped his side win the game. Despite all the challenges he faced, he is confident and showing his quality on the pitch.

For Liverpool, he played 21 matches, in which he scored only three goals and provided one assist. Despite his poor numbers, he is ready to do well in the upcoming fixtures, and he will be a big threat to the Dutch defenders.
