"Pep Guardiola is best manager in the world," says Jurgen Klopp

Klopp will oversee his last match as Liverpool’s manager
Pep Guardiola is the greatest manager in the world, according to Jurgen Klopp, but the Liverpool manager is eager to find out if Manchester City has falsified its financial records in the future.
On Sunday, Klopp will end his eight-and-a-half-year reign as manager of the Reds and ignite one of the biggest managerial clashes in Premier League history when the teams play Wolves ahead of a furious Klopp.
During his time on Merseyside, he has won the Champions League, Premier League, FA Cup, two Carabao Cups, Club World Cup, European Super Cup, and Community Shield; nevertheless, Guardiola’s brilliance has kept him from winning far more.
Even though the German is rooting for Guardiola to win a record-breaking fourth title in a row, he acknowledges that he needs explanations regarding the 115 Premier League charges that have clouded City’s accomplishments.
The only manager who has triumphed over Guardiola in more games than he has lost is Klopp. In their eight-year rivalry, Liverpool has finished second to City twice; on both occasions, the title was decided at Etihad on the last day of play.

“Everybody knows about the 115 charges, but I have no clue what that means,” said Klopp. “I only know the number. Whatever has happened at Manchester City, Pep Guardiola is the best manager in the world – and that is really important.
“If you put any other manager in that club, they don’t win the league four times in a row. That’s down to him and his boys. Does that mean they can do what they want? No. But I don’t know what they did – if they did anything – and I’m not here to say they have.
“We will see. Of course, I would like to know (if City are guilty) one day. Everyone wants to know. But I will be somewhere else. The quality of Pep makes the difference so I don’t worry about these things. We will see. It’s not my problem and I am fine with what we have and what we’ve achieved.”
