Top six players Florentino Perez can sign for €150m bid as Real Madrid president

Los Blancos ended their 2025-26 campaign without any trophies.
Even though the current focus is on the 2026 FIFA World Cup, football clubs from all around are looking to add new players to strengthen key areas in the squad.
Real Madrid are one of those clubs that are going to have a busy summer transfer window. They had a trophyless 2025-26 campaign despite having the likes of Kylian Mbappe, Vinicius Jr, Jude Bellingham and Trent Alexander-Arnold on their side.
It was also reported that the squad lack synergy and are having issues inside the dressing room. The current Los Blancos president, Florentino Perez, came in and mentioned that everything is fine and the squad is very united.
After Real Madrid’s poor performances during the 2025-26 season, Perez announced the presidential elections and also confirmed that he would stand for re-election. Enrique Riquelme is challenging the 79-year-old for the position.
Florentino Perez has already promised to bring in Jose Mourinho as Los Blancos’ new manager for the upcoming season. He is also looking to bring in Liverpool’s Ibrahima Konate on a free transfer. Perez confirmed on Thursday that he will sign Denzel Dumfries from Inter Milan.
The 79-year-old has now said, “On Tuesday, I’m going to make an offer to an important Champions League club, for a great player. It would be the most money that Real Madrid have paid for a player in history. At least €150 million.”

Players Florentino Perez can sign
| Player | Club |
| Julian Alvarez | Atletico Madrid |
| Desire Doue | PSG |
| João Neves | PSG |
| Khvicha Kvaratskhelia | PSG |
| Vitinha | PSG |

Julian Alvarez

The Atletico Madrid and Argentina striker, Julian Alvarez, has already refused his current club’s offer to renew his contract. According to reports, FC Barcelona are already in contact with the 26-year-old to sign him. But the recent announcement by Florentino Perez to bring in a “Galactico” signing could bring Alvarez to Real Madrid.
Los Blancos are currently lacking a proper number 9.
Desire Doue

Desire Doué has now secured back-to-back UEFA Champions League titles with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG). With Rodrygo injured, Real Madrid need a strong player on the right flank. The 21-year-old Frenchman can be one of those options.
Los Blancos do have Franco Mastantuono, but he hasn’t been able to perform up to the mark this season.
Joao Neves

The young Portuguese midfielder can also be one of the stars that Real Madrid are looking to sign. He currently plays for PSG and the Portugal national football team. Joao Neves has shown his capabilities in the midfield.
Florentino Perez can push for the signing of the 21-year-old.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia was named the Player of the Tournament for the UEFA Champions League 2025-26. He can score goals and has been capable of creating plays for his fellow teammates in the attacking front. The 25-year-old Georgian forward can be one of the options, although Real Madrid currently have Vinicius Junior playing on the left wing.
Vitinha
The Portuguese midfielder has been in sensational form this season. He can control the midfield well and has also been important for PSG in the defence as well. The €150 million price tag for Vitinha can look like a deal Real Madrid might be looking out for.
They need a strong anchor in the midfield.
Jamal Musiala

Florentino Perez has not mentioned the name of a player he is currently looking to sign, but has specified that it is not going to be Michael Olise. The Real Madrid president has said they are likely to bring a star who is strong in midfield as well as attack. Jamal Musiala kind of fits the description.
The Bayern Munich midfielder hasn’t played many games this season due to an injury, but is a very capable player.
