Over the years, the level of competition in the UEFA Champions League has only increased. The top teams from different European nations get a chance to compete for the silverware every season.
Real Madrid are the record winners of the UCL. They have lifted the trophy on 15 occasions, winning their most recent one in 2024. Los Blancos are also the only club in the modern era to have been able to retain the silverware.
Winning a Champions League title is what every player dreams of, but winning it on multiple occasions has only been done by the top players of the top clubs.
Similarly, scoring on the biggest stage in Europe is not easy. Then to score in the final is a next-level achievement. Some players have done that, but only three have done it for two different clubs.
