Rasmus Hojlund and Maguire will be back to face Liverpool
Manchester United star forward Marcus Rashford will be fit as the team get ready to play Everton this weekend, confirms manager Erik ten Hag.
Following his injury-related withdrawal from last weekend’s match against Manchester City, the attacker was spotted in training on Thursday.
At his press conference on Friday, Ten Hag did, however, affirm that both Jonny Evans—who was also substituted off against City—and Rashford are healthy and eligible.
Rasmus Hojlund is expected to be ready to play United eventually. The team had given the striker two weeks or more to heal from a muscle issue, which was disclosed 15 days prior to Everton’s midday visit. But this weekend will arrive far too quickly.
Erik ten Hag l has given an update on Manchester United injury news and confirmed the fans will have to wait for the Liverpool game to see the return of Hojlund and Maguire. Meanwhile, he affirmed that Rashford and Evans will be available to face Everton this weekend.
United have been hit with a major injury crisis as the club hopes to secure a Champions League spot for next season. Meanwhile, the Dutchman’s future at United is increasingly becoming doubtful after the arrival of new owners.
