America’s most prestigious international tournament, Copa America is set to kick-off on June 20. The coveted CONMEBOL organized tournament will have its final on July 14. Copa America 2024 happens to be the 48th edition of the competition.
Last time, in Copa America 2021, 10 teams participated; where Leo Messi’s Argentina went on to clinch their record 15th title. The season witnessed 28 matches, where 65 goals were scored at an exciting average of 2.32 per match.

Real Madrid have won the LaLiga & UEFA Champions League this season, where Rodrygo played in 51 matches, scoring 17 goals and providing 19 assists. His impact for Brazil is equally matched, with six goals in 23 appearances.

The 1.70m magician also ranks second in the list of highest goals scored (106) in international football. Messi also boasts the record of most assists in football history.
