Tunisia defeated France 1-0 in the FIFA World Cup 2022.
Former Manchester United midfielder Hannibal Mejbri will be one of the players to watch out for the Eagles of Carthage in the upcoming edition of the FIFA World Cup.
The Eagles of Carthage have regularly made it to the biggest event in footballing history over the last three editions. The North African outfit have some amazing talents in the squad, including the likes of Ellyes Skhiri, rising striker Khalil Ayari and Lorient centre back Montassar Talbi.
Tunisia have been drawn alongside the Netherlands, Japan, and Sweden in Group F of the FIFA World Cup 2026, and are the lowest-ranked team among them. They pulled one of the biggest upsets after defeating France in their final group stage game in the last edition of the FIFA World Cup.
The Eagles of Carthage are led by French gaffer Sabri Lamouchi, who has previously led teams like Nottingham Forest, Al Riyadh and the Ivory Coast national team.
