Leroy Sane has gone 23 matches without scoring this season

In a recent training session, Leroy Sane departed from the pitch in the middle of the practice. However, the reasons are yet to be confirmed but the German forward has fared poorly this season. Not sure why. Leroy Sané has yet to score a goal for Bayern Munich in 23 games. Yes, that is correct—23 GAMES.

Sané’s goal drought hasn’t been entirely negative, but the winger is still well short of his potential. Sané was understandably angry when he was substituted off the field in the sixty-third minute of Bayern’s 2-0 loss to Dortmund.

He appeared well aware that, despite everything he had done, he had not been able to have the kind of impact he had hoped for, and the group was not working efficiently.

When asked how he intended to get Sané back on track after the game, head coach Thomas Tuchel replied, “With training, training, training and with support.” There’s no substitute.

Naturally, though, he’s frustrated. He is also aware of these figures. He is aware of our expectations for him as well as his own. Leroy was irritated when we chose to add three extra players, but that wasn’t a problem. (via @iMiaSanMia).

It’s possible that training and hard effort are the best options, but it seems improbable that Sané hasn’t been doing this previously. The issue of “when will Sané’s form come back” is challenging to answer, and sadly, Tuchel doesn’t seem to be sure.Hopefully, Sané will have changed his approach by the time Bayern plays Arsenal in the Champions League, improbable as it may sound.

To make matters worse, Bayern may finish the season without a title as Dortmund destroyed their hopes of winning the league with a 2-0 loss, while Bayer moved up to the lead by 13 points.

After his team fell to Borussia Dortmund, Bayer Leverkusen received “congratulations” from Bayern Munich coach Thomas Tuchel, who also conceded the Bundesliga title. With goals from Julian Ryerson and Karim Adeyemi, Bayern lost 2-0 at home against Dortmund, handing the visitors their initial Der Klassiker victory in five years.Leverkusen has a 13-point advantage over the reigning champions after defeating Hoffenheim earlier on Saturday.
