When will Arsenal's Martin Odegaard return from injury?

The midfielder had sustained an ankle injury in the September international break.
Arsenal are hoping that Martin Odegaard will return for a crucial UEFA Champions League matchup against Inter Milan the following week.
Odegaard is making good progress in recuperating from the ankle injury he sustained last month. He could possibly be included in the squad for the trip to Newcastle United on Saturday.
However, given their important away games against Chelsea and Inter the following week, Arsenal are hesitant to hasten their captain’s return.
The Gunners head coach Mikel Arteta stated on Monday that Odegaard has been practising on turf for a few weeks and is eager to go back.
The midfielder is in the penultimate round of his recuperation and how he gets through that will decide his precise comeback date. Arsenal will greatly benefit from Odegaard’s return since they have struggled to be creative without him.
The 25-year-old has not played 11 games, including matches against Manchester City and Tottenham after he injured his ankle ligaments while playing for Norway at the beginning of the month.
Given that Wednesday’s matchup with Inter is the most difficult of Arsenal’s eight Champions League league phase matches, Odegaard’s inclusion in the team would be a great time to come back.
Arteta has already voiced hope that Odegaard will return to action before the international break next month. On Monday, Arteta stated, “Hopefully, but we’ll have to see how he goes.” In a fitness report last week, Odegaard stated he was “close” to making a comeback.
Arsenal’s chances of winning the title mostly rest on their capacity to remain consistent, particularly when facing fierce rivals like Newcastle. It is crucial for Arsenal to get as many points as possible in every game as the race gets closer since losing points might let other clubs increase their advantage.
In this regard, it is crucial for Arteta’s club to have first-team regulars return from injury as quickly as possible, especially as the season goes on and the competition heats up.
