Fans around the world will be excited to learn the Ballon d’Or 2025 winner.

The Ballon d’Or 2025 has arrived, and tonight we will witness the new recipient of the award in Paris as many football stars will gather at the Théâtre du Châtelet.

Perhaps the most coveted individual football prize that a football player can win each year is the Ballon d’Or. France Football’s renowned Golden Ball award, which was first given out in 1956, will return for its 69th edition tonight. The accolade has been used to honour the achievements of some of the best players in history.

Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo have famously won the award for more than a decade. Messi last won the award in 2023. After both stars had left Europe, the award became more competitive with a new crop of emerging talents in the sport. A whole new generation is emerging to replace that legendary pair.

Moreover, this time we have Ousmane Dembele and 18-year-old Lamine Yamal competing for the men’s prize, and we will soon learn the winner of the 2025 Ballon d’Or.

Tonight, the prestigious Theatre du Chatelet in Paris, France, will host the 2025 Ballon d’Or ceremony on Monday, September 22, 2025.

Where and how to watch Ballon d’Or 2025 ceremony around the globe?

The 2025 Ballon d’Or will be available for free streaming on L’Equipe’s official YouTube channel for fans worldwide. Ruud Gullit and Kate Scott will host the ceremony.

The program will also be televised live by regional broadcasters. In the US, the Ballon d’Or ceremony will be streamed via CBS Sports Golazo and Paramount+. The UEFA Champions League, Serie A, the EFL, and other soccer championships are streamed by Paramount+ in addition to the Ballon d’Or ceremony.
