The first one was against Rosenborg, a Norwegian football club, which they lost 1-0. The second pre-season clash is set up for today against Rangers, who finished as runners-up in the Scottish Premiership last season.

Talking about Rangers, they too suffered an early setback in light of preparation for the new season. Before suffering a 2-1 defeat in their first pre-season game against AFC Ajax, the Scottish side were also involved in domestic cup finals like Manchester United. But they didn’t end their final in all smiles. Adam Idah scored in the 90-minute mark to help Celtic snatch the Scottish Cup from Rangers after winning 1-0.
