Ronaldo’s Al Nassr are at the top of the Saudi Pro League points table
Al Khaleej Club Stadium in Saihat, Saudi Arabia, gears up to host the Matchweek 26 fixtures of the Saudi Pro League, where home team Al Khaleej will lock horns against Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nassr.
The Riyadh outfit are currently at the top of the Saudi Pro League points table and are two points ahead of second-placed Al Ahli, and tonight’s win could extend the lead to five points. Al Nassr are the only team to win every single one of their last five games, and tonight’s win is crucial for their championship hopes.
Jorge Jesus will already be without the services of Nawaf Alaqidi, Raghed Najjar and Saad Haqawi in the next game. In such an important game, Cristiano Ronaldo’s absence or presence could massively impact the match and the result. Let’s find out whether the Portuguese legend will be playing tonight or not.
Will Cristiano Ronaldo play tonight against Al Khaleej?

According to sources, Cristiano Ronaldo is all set to miss the upcoming game against Al Khaleej after picking up a hamstring injury in the game against Al Fayha. Given that the World Cup is less than 100 days away, it is highly unlikely that Ronaldo will play tonight.
Al Khaleej are not one of the strongest teams in the league, but have the potential to cause an upset and they are coming after a win over Al Hazem in the previous game. Under Georgios Donis, the Saihat outfit relies mainly on counterattacking football and maintains a compact defensive structure.
Ronaldo was unavailable in the last game as well against Neom, and it was Joao Felix and Alhamddan who led the attacking unit of Al Nassr. It will be interesting to see if the duo of Felix and Alhamddan can get the better of Al Khaleej’s defence and clinch three points away from home.
Ronaldo has started his rehab from injury and will be looking to get back to the starting lineup as soon as possible.
