A new Formula 1 season is set to kick-off!

Australia is home to some of the best sportspersons, arenas, and events in the world. The country has been part of Formula 1 (F1) traditions since 1985. However, it wasn’t until 1996 that the Australian GP went to Melbourne’s Albert Park. Before that, it was held in the Adelaide Street Circuit.

In June last year, Melbourne’s contract to host the Australian Grand Prix (Australian GP) was extended until 2035. The new contract stipulates that the event will be one of the first three races in the calendar – with a minimum of five being the opening race of the season. From this year onwards, Formula 2 and Formula 3 will also form part of the weekend schedule.

That’s right everybody, it’s finally race week again! More than three months after last year’s Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, a new Formula 1 season is set to kick-off and there is plenty to get excited about, so here are the telecast details for the race weekend in Melbourne.
