Archetype Entertainment has now finally revealed the release date for their upcoming sci-fi role-playing game Exodus. The game is all set to launch on April 7, 2027, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC.

Exodus new trailer showcases a new companion
In the new trailer, we see a new companion, Salt, an awakened octopus capable of communicating with other species.
Salt has a unique combat style where he controls an advanced combat mech. He can support your squad with various tactical options, including long-range attacks, enemy disruption, and battlefield control.
Salt also has a sniper setup and can deploy smokescreens to confuse the enemies. This can provide you with multiple ways to approach the combat.
Fans also got to see Salt’s personality. She has her motivation and is willing to take more risks. This character is just more than an NPC.

New party member Emrys of the Deva was revealed
Another important party member was also revealed: Emrys of the Deva. This is a support-focused party member.
Emrys can weaken enemies and empower the protagonist through special abilities involving Remnant Orbs.
