The franchise has officially sold more than 250 million copies worldwide. This proves how successful this franchise has been among fans and gamers.
By the end of 2025, it had already sold around 230 million copies. That means, in just one year, this franchise has sold 20 million copies, which is kind of insane.
Recently, the newly released Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced has also sold 2 million copies worldwide.

There has been much criticism regarding the recent Assassin’s Creed titles. However, with the Black Flag remake, the franchise seems to be going in the right direction.
