Assassin's Creed Shadows DLC: Claws of Awaji release window revealed by Ubisoft

The new & fresh content for the players is arriving very soon!

In the latest earnings call of Ubisoft, they finally revealed that Assassin’s Creed Shadows DLC: Claws of Awaji will be released by the end of September 2025.

It was also revealed that the new game has performed quite well for them and the game has hit 5 million players. Still no information about how many copies they sold.

Ubisoft shared with everyone that the game has hit 5 million players and now they are enhancing the experience for them by introducing the DLC.

This new expansion is going to promise over 10 hours of fresh content and gameplay featuring both Naoe and Yasuke, plus new weapons, skills, and abilities to master.

“Ahead of the Holiday season, the mid-term potential of the game will be boosted by the Claws of Awaji expansion, introducing over 10 hours of new content, a new weapon, skills, and abilities to enrich the experience.”

Ubisoft has revealed that the DLC will be arriving in Fiscal Q3 2025, expecting September 2025.

This DLC is set on Awaji Island beyond Osaka Bay. Both Naoe and Yasuke are on a quest to retrieve a precious lost treasure, which is crucial to Japan’s future.

The journey, however, will not be easy—the new Sanzoku Ippa faction will pursue players relentlessly. These crafty attackers will set traps and ambushes, putting your stealth and combat abilities to the test.

The Bō, a new weapon type for Naoe, is a notable addition, along with new gear, skills, and a deep 10-hour adventure.
