The fresh leaks and rumors about the Call of Duty Black Ops 7 have resurfaced on the Internet and Reddit forums.

These have come from Reddit user Bigbyy, who claims to have participated in a recent Activision study group. There are even talks about a potential Prototype sequel.

Black Ops 7 Campaign

According to the leaks, Call of Duty Black Ops 7 campaign will be a direct sequel to the Black Ops 2 set in 2035.

It is expected that the story is going to bring back the iconic characters Frank Woods and Alex Mason. There are many doubts about this in the forums for now.

The campaign will also have a 4 player co-op mode with a large open world map called Avalon.

Building on the 2025 plot of Black Ops 2, it promises a blend of action and espionage in a futuristic scenario.

Zombies Mode

Zombie Mode is once again going to be the highlight of the upcoming game. It will return with a round-based format with the largest map ever created in the series.

With a new twist, the original crew—Dempsey, Nikolai, Richtofen, and Takeo—will reappear as multiverse variations.

To enhance the Zombie’s experience, other improvements include a drivable “wonder vehicle,” a difficulty setting, and a greater emphasis on narrative components.

Multiplayer: 32v32 Mode and Futuristic Remakes

Call of Duty Black Ops 7 multiplayer will once again retain the Black Ops 6 omni-movement with enhanced wall running from Black Ops 3.

Remade versions of old maps will have a 2035 futuristic Japanese vibe, and a new 32v32 mode will attempt to compete with Battlefield’s massive battles.

Your progression from Black Ops 6 will carry on in this game, covering grenades, killstreaks, and perks in a leveled system.

Surprise Leak: Prototype Revival

The most unexpected leak is about the revival of Prototype, with Alex Mercer returning as the protagonist. This has hyped all the gamers.

Shapeshifting and infiltration will be the main themes of the New York-set game, yet some X fans doubt its validity by questioning its inclusion in a Call of Duty study group.
