The director has also shared the information about the new location in the game, which is known as the Underground Laboratory.
This is located beneath the Kyoto and tied to a powerful enemy named Dokyo, who is creating new Genma monsters in Onimusha Way of the Sword.
This area design takes inspiration from the traditional Japanese haunted houses with eerie shadows that are cast across shoji screens.
