Capcom has officially shared the brand-new details on Dragon’s Dogma 2 Dark Arisen DLC, which is scheduled for October 9, 2026.
In this DLC, we will get a brand-new snowy region, a fresh dungeon to explore, stronger enemies to hunt and more than 25 hours of additional gameplay.
This new information was revealed by Director Kento Kinoshita and Producer Naoto Oyama in a recent interview with Automaton.
Brand new region in Dragon’s Dogma 2 Dark Arisen DLC
In the new DLC expansion, a new region will be added, “Norgan.” This region is entirely covered in snow and filled with fresh quests, dangerous enemies and unique environments.
For players, it will easily take around 15-20 hours, depending on the playstyle, to complete the main storyline of this new region.
12 new dungeons
Apart from the new region, this DLC will also add 12 new dungeons in the game. Each dungeon is expected to take around 30 minutes and one hour to finish.
You will get more chances to explore things, hunt more enemies and earn new rewards & items. If you add this playtime to the main storyline of the DLC, it will easily exceed more than 25+ hours.

Recommended level and difficulty
For the Dragon’s Dogma 2 Dark Arisen DLC, the developers have recommended level 40 to enter the new region. This new expansion is going to raise the difficulty a little more.
But for the new dungeons, it will be available at Level 20. Also, the enemies will not scale with the player’s level. The developers are also considering introducing a hard mode update for the players.
