Good growth for Monster Hunter & Street Fighting
That Monster Hunter continued to be a big business for the company. The overall sales of Monster Hunter Wilds reached 11 million, with the previous games like Rise and Sunbreak still making money through player interaction.
In the meantime, Street Fighter 6 has already sold more than 2 million copies for FY2026, and has already crossed the 6 million mark on a worldwide basis.
For the fighting game’s ongoing success, this is attributed to the gaming events, new platform releases, and the media.
Devil May Cry’s success
The company has also revealed that Devil May Cry 5 experienced significant growth during FY2026. It sold 2.71 million units and has sold 12.94 million units worldwide. There is also Netflix’s Devil May Cry 2nd season, which is scheduled for May 12, 2026.
Conclusion
In the latest Capcom report, they have also mentioned that they plan to grow these brands in the future: Mega Man, Okami, Devil May Cry, Onimusha, Dead Rising, Ace Attorney and Dragon’s Dogma.
There is no doubt that this is the best publisher right now and after their banger start with Requiem, Monster Hunter and Pragmata, they still have gas left in the tank with Onimusha: Way of the Sword.
