PlayGround Games has dropped the early access of the game worldwide and now they are preparing for the Forza Horizon 6 Festival playlist series 1: Welcome to Japan.

This is going to introduce a fresh batch of seasonal challenges for the players, exclusive cars and rewards for the players. This playlist will celebrate the Japanese automotive culture and you can see iconic vehicles from Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Subaru, Mazda and Mitsubishi.

When does Forza Horizon 6 Festival playlist series 1 start?

The Festival Playlist Series 1: Welcome to Japan is officially going to start from May 21, 2026.

Players and fans who have purchased the Premium Edition & were able to access the game early will have a few more days to explore Japan before the live seasonal content starts.

Once the playlist has begun, it will rotate through all four new seasons over four weeks, which will offer new challenges and exclusive rewards every week.

Full Forza Horizon 6 Series 1 Schedule

This playlist is going to follow the traditional Horizon seasonal structure with Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring. Here is the complete schedule:

• Summer: May 21, 2026
• Autumn: May 28, 2026
• Winter: June 4, 2026
• Spring: June 11, 2026

The Forza Horizon 6 Festival playlist series 1 will end on June 18, 2026 and then Series 2: Horizon Decades will launch next.
