Launch timings for GTA 6

According to the report, New Zealand will be the first region that can get access, as the game unlocks at 11:00 UTC on November 18, 2026. Players in New Zealand will get a head start over the others. That also means that there will be spoilers out early all over social media.

Apart from this, several regions in Mexico and Central America are expected to unlock the game at 06:00 UTC on November 19, 2026. There is a 19-hour gap between the regions.

Regional unlock may vary by platform

If you want to play the game early, then players who own an Xbox Series X/S will have a better chance. Changing the console region is relatively easy on Xbox Series X/S through settings.

Meanwhile, on PlayStation, the process is a little more complicated. Players have to create a new account based on the New Zealand region.
