Mark your calendars for Hades 2, which is officially scheduled to release digitally on September 25, 2025. The physical version is scheduled to launch on November 20, 2025.

The news coincides with the game’s early exclusivity to the Nintendo Switch 2, which was appropriately highlighted in one of Nintendo’s largest Directs. The new trailer, which features new gameplay, reveals improvements that aim to match the original’s Game of the Year success.

The trailer showcased some amazing 2D animation and rogue-like action in Underworld. There was even a Dragon Ball reference with the Immortal Princess doing Goku’s fighting warm-up.
