The Halo fans and community are pretty hyped right now with the upcoming Halo Championship Series 2025. The roadmap for 2025 includes four Major tournaments and a grand World Championship with a $1 million prize pool.

Halo Championship Series 2025 schedule

The Halo Championship Series 2025 is going to be split into two halves, each featuring two major events:

Split 1:

• Open Series ‘Road to Arlington’: March 1 – 16
• Online Qualifier: March 22 – 23
• HCS Major Arlington: April 18 – 20
• Open Series ‘Road to Dallas’: April 26 – 27
• Online Qualifier: May 3 – 4
• HCS Dallas DreamHack Major: May 23 – 25

Split 2:

• Open Series ‘Road to Salt Lake City’: June 7 – 29
• Online Qualifier: July 12 – 13
• HCS Salt Lake City Major: August 1 – 3
• Open Series ‘Road to TBA’: August 16 – 31
• Online Qualifier: September 6 – 7
• HCS TBC Major: Fall 2025

World Championship:

• Seattle: October 24 – 26, 2025

Special events:

On March 29, FaZe Kaysan will host a one-day invitational LAN with a $50,000 prize pool, involving teams such as FaZe Clan, OpTic Gaming, Shopify Rebellion, and Spacestation.

HCL 2025 teams

This year has seen a shift in the competitive scene. TSM and Shopify Rebellion have entered the fray as Sentinels and Quadrant take a step back. These teams joined the established lineup:

• Cloud9
• Spacestation
• OpTic Gaming
• Complexity
• FaZe Clan

Maps and Modes for 2025

Here are the maps and modes for Halo Championship Series 2025:

• Slayer: Aquarius, live fire, origin, recharge, solitude, streets.
• CTF: Aquarius, Forbidden, Fortress, Origin.
• King of the Hill: Live Fire, Recharge, and Solitude
• Strongholds: Live Fire and Recharge
• Oddball: live fire, recharge. Streets
• Neutral Bomb: Aquarius, Fortress.
• Notably absent from this season’s lineup are Empyrean CTF and Fortress Slayer.
