Server maintenance schedule & pre-load size
The servers will go offline at 6:00 AM CST on November 4 (3:00 PM PST Nov 3 for NA), with a 5-hour window.
Youâll be booted mid-session, but donât worry, Trailblaze Level 4+ vets will receive 300 Stellar Jades via in-game mail after the patch. Make sure to get them before they vanish.
Players and fans can also pre-download the Honkai Star Rail 3.7 via the launcher or app store. PC will require 5.3 GB of space, while mobile (Android/iOS) will require 2.7 GB of space.
