Honkai Star Rail Planarcadia: Confirmed location
Planarcadia is the next confirmed location, which is arriving in the game. This is closely tied with Aha, the Aeon of Elation.
Both factions, The Masked Fools and the Mourning Actors are expected to be involved in this location. Here is the official quote from HoYoverse about the location:
The threat of Destruction compelled the cosmos to unite once again, and everyone now looks toward other Aeons involved. The Express once crashed into and departed from “Planarcadia.” There, Aha graced the pursuers of Elation with a reward: join THEIR game and become an “Aeon” for a minute.
For now, there is still no new information on what fans can expect more from this location. However, fans are speculating that there will be more madness than we have seen in Penacony.
