• Find the anniversary section: Search for the “PlayStation 30th Anniversary” option.
• Select Your Theme: You can select the following options under “Appearance and Sound”: 30th Anniversary
• PlayStation 1
• PlayStation 2
• PlayStation 3
• PlayStation 4
• Each theme modifies the UI to mirror the design aspects and sounds of the selected console period.

Do remember that this feature is only for a limited period. Sony has not announced the duration yet. Till then, enjoy your time with some old themes. Fans are showing their love towards these and we might get a surprise from Sony to keep this permanently. (only a small chance though)
