Iron Man game demo at GDC 2025? Here's what we know so far

The Game Developer Conference 2025, which will be held in San Francisco, is just a few days away. Excitement has been building around this event, as rumors suggest that an Iron Man game demo might be shown to fans.

EA Motive’s studio has been working on this game and it appears that the time has finally come to reveal the game to the fans. Let’s check out more details in this article.

Information about EA Since its September 2022 announcement more than two years ago, Motive’s Iron Man game has been hard to find. Fans are giddy over a recent change to the GDC schedule, though.

The fact that Motive will be giving a presentation at the event has raised hopes that we will finally get to witness the game in action.

Motive, who are well-known for their efforts on Battlefront II, Star Wars Squadrons, and Dead Space Remake, is also working on the upcoming Battlefield game, but everyone’s eyes are on Iron Man at the moment. Recently at San Diego Comic Con, Motive already teased the Iron Man game by revealing a graphic for it.

So far, we know that this game is going to be a single-player, third-person action game built on Unreal Engine 5. This is expected to be story driven with an open world in its own standalone universe. Shortly after its announcement, early playtests were made public, and now that production is well under way, the game ought to be more refined.

Gamers and Marvel fans have been dreaming of a good Iron Man game for a very long time. We have yet to get a good game where Iron Man seems fun to play. Hopefully, we can expect an open-world experience with deep suit customization, which will make us feel like Tony Stark.
