The new skins are so cool

The festive season has arrived and so does the first Marvel Rivals Winter Celebration event in the game. NetEase is not only going to provide some cool skins; there will also be a free skin, a whole new game mode and many other features. 

The main focus will be on the most trusted devil of Satan himself, “Jeff the land shark.” Let’s check out more details in this article.

When does the Winter Celebration start?

Get ready fans, as the Marvel Rivals Winter Celebration will start from December 19 at 11 p.m. PST. This will last throughout this year or until the end of Season 0. The exact date has not be announced yet.

Jeff’s winter splash festival

The new game mode in the game is none other than Jeff’s Winter Splash Festival. This will be the highlight of this winter celebration.

Inspired by games like Splatoon, this mode sees players take on the role of Jeff the Land Shark, claiming territory by covering them with their team’s color. Dominate the map, and you’ll win. Not only does this mode look enjoyable, but it also contains quests and a special Greeting Card from Jeff as in-game rewards.

New Hero skins

• Jeff the Land Shark – Jeff, dressed for a ski excursion, represents the spirit of winter sports.
• Venom – Transforms into an icy monster with a frozen variant of his typical terrifying appearance. This is by far the best skin for Venom in the game.
• Groot transforms into a living Christmas tree, complete with Guardians of the Galaxy ornaments to lend a festive touch.
• Rocket Raccoon – Kitted out for snowboarding, Rocket’s new outfit is ideal for the slopes.
• Magik – Even in ski gear, her skin reflects her beautiful winter essence.
