Jagex has finally revealed some amazing news and information for their fans. A brand-new game titled RuneScape Dragonwilds has been revealed.

RuneScape Dragonwilds: A new adventure in Ashenfall

This time, the fans will be transported into the magical lands of Ashenfall. Here, dragons have awoken and are creating massive havoc.

Up to four players can work together to survive, constructing camps, sharpening abilities, and overcoming the obstacles of this colorful, fragmented world. The game’s description promises a fascinating experience: “Journey through the vast, vibrant regions of Ashenfall and unveil the ruins of forgotten civilizations to discover why wild, transformative magic spills from its fractured lands.”

This time, the RuneScape adventures look more magical and amazing. Ashenfall’s Anima-rich nature grants players unusual skills, such as snapping your fingers to blast mineral veins or conjuring a spectral axe to destroy forests in seconds.

Ashenfall is split into two regions which will boast five distinct biomes. Familiar RuneScape creatures will be roaming in this region which are more powerful with the help of continent chaotic energy.

Along with survival and skill-building, players can embark on adventures, level up, and master the series’ distinctive runes.

What to expect before launch?

A deeper dive event is scheduled by Jagex on April 15, 2025, at 12 PM ET / 9 AM PT, where information and gameplay will be showcased for RuneScape Dragonwilds.

There is also a chance that the exact early access release date might also be announced during this event. The fans are pretty excited for yet another magical adventure to hunt some dragons.
